Reveal Market

Design Partner Programme

Build the market you'd actually use.

Reveal is being built with the people who will use it. A limited cohort of allocators, managers and service providers sees every build first, shapes what gets made, and helps set the standards this market will be scored against.

  • ≈3 hours a quarter
  • No fee while it runs
  • Founding-cohort terms at launch
  • Leave any time

A seat at the table, not a place in a queue.

Most early-access lists are a queue: you leave an email, you wait, and one day a finished product arrives. A design partnership is the opposite arrangement. The product is not finished — and you are one of the people deciding what it becomes.

Not a waitlist
A queue gets you the product later. A partnership gets you a say now.
Not a pilot
Nothing to migrate, nothing to procure, and no data leaving your systems.
Not a beta test
You see decisions before they are built, not bugs after they ship.
Not a sales process
There is nothing to buy while the programme runs.

Three audiences, three different reasons to be in the room.

A marketplace only works if every side of it is represented while it is being designed. Build it with allocators alone and managers get rules written about them; build it with managers alone and the scoring measures nothing an allocator asked for.

For Allocators & Asset Owners

Set the bar before anyone is measured against it.

Manager selection performs at roughly the level of chance, and every allocator has their own private workaround for it. Reveal turns that workaround into infrastructure — but only if the people who do the work define what good means.

What you'd shape

  • Which behaviours the R.1000 scores, and what each one is worth
  • What a mandate-fit match has to prove before it reaches you
  • The diligence questionnaires your AI agent runs on your behalf
  • What monitoring flags, and how early it flags it

What you'd get

  • Managers scored to your definition of good, not a vendor's
  • Early sight of the manager universe before the market has it
  • Founding-cohort terms at launch — Reveal is free for allocators
  • A direct line to the team building it, not a support queue
  • Pension Funds
  • Endowments & Foundations
  • Family Offices
  • Insurance
  • Sovereign Wealth Funds
  • High Net Worth Individuals

What's involved.

The whole point is that it is small enough to say yes to.

01

Apply

Three fields and a sentence about what you would want us to get right. We read every one.

02

A 30-minute call

We show you where the product actually is. You tell us where it is wrong. Either side can stop here.

03

Working sessions

Roughly 60–90 minutes a quarter, at a time you pick. A build in front of you and specific questions — never a roadmap presentation.

04

Early access

Your team uses the real thing before general availability, with the people who built it on the other end of a message.

05

Launch

The programme ends at general availability. Founding-cohort terms carry over.

What we ask

  • About three hours a quarter, from one or two people
  • Candid answers, including the ones that kill an idea
  • Permission to quote your feedback internally, anonymised

What we don't ask

  • A fee, at any point while the programme runs
  • Exclusivity, or any commitment to buy
  • A data migration, or access to your systems
  • A logo, quote or case study you did not offer

Who we're looking for.

Fewer partners, chosen properly, beats a large cohort that never turns up. We would rather tell you now than waste your call.

A good fit

  • You do the work yourself — selection, raising or delivery — rather than supervising it
  • You have a specific complaint about how it works today
  • One person can commit to a session a quarter
  • You are willing to be wrong in front of us

Probably not

  • You want a demo and a price list
  • You need the product finished before you can react to it
  • You cannot discuss your own process at all

Questions we get asked.

Apply to become a design partner.

Two required fields, and one optional question that tells us more than the other four together. We read every application and reply either way.

Which best describes you?

We use this only to contact you about the design partner programme. No newsletter, no sharing, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
